4. How does the group discount work?
Register 3 people and the 4th person attends for FREE!

5. What does the registration fee include?
Your registration entitles you to a day and a half of conference sessions (panels and keynotes), networking opportunities, a continental breakfast, luncheon and a cocktail reception. |

7. Will I receive materials in the mail before the conference?
We do not mail materials to conference attendees. Please report to the registration table near the ballroom on the day of the conference to pick up your name badge. You must display this badge prominently to gain access to all conference activities.
If you registered online, please bring a copy of your confirmation page to the event. If you do not have a copy of your confirmation page, and we do not have your information in our database, you will need to complete an on-site registration form and will be liable for on-site registration fees. |

8. What If I need to cancel?
Before August 31, 2008 Please send written notice of cancellation to melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com. You will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.
After August 31, 2008
Refunds will no longer be made, but you may send a substitution in your place. Please e-mail melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.
Alternatively, you may choose to apply payment to a future event within one year from event date. Please e-mail melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com with your name, company and reason for cancellation. |

9. How do I book my hotel room?
The conference is taking place at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel, 101 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA. Please call The Fairmont Miramar Hotel at 310.576.7777 or 800.441.1414 and mention "What Teens Want" to receive a discounted room rate of $299 (plus applicable taxes - 14.10%).
